Micro Division has launched its new “Direct7” software!
The system creates appointments; enables modifications to each appointment; delivers appointee to his appointment; tracks his delivery as well as enables real-time time sheeting to be produced. It can be delivered as an App. across a wide variety of platforms such as Android, Apple and Blackberry.
Ideally the system should be stand alone; and not integrated with the users’ existing devices, but should be delivered as a separate device (i.e. a Galaxy Tab), whereby the user’s company then can set Direct7 up as a user’s “tool box”, thereby enforcing the user to have it active with him/her at all times within work hours.
The system will navigate the user to each appointment; instruct him to fill in time sheets and direct him to his next appointment. It will also alert management if the user is running late, enable management to be proactive by changing schedules on the fly; i.e. instruct another user to the site (that is closer), and reassigning the late user to a new appointment.
Direct7 comes in two formats: Premier and Standard Suite.
Premier Direct7 will be deployed at the company’s offices.
This will enable the company to see on a large monitor his GPS positioning; his real time progress and where he is deployed at the present time.
The advantage of this system is it will be live at all times and at the same time use less bandwidth.
Standard Direct7 is deployed “in the cloud”.
The company would log into a server and would then remotely view his monitor.
This makes this system only live when logged in and is bandwidth intensive.
